“ My husband and I moved to Gowerton a year ago and finally got round to trying all the local places to eat and drink. When we visited the Nomad we knew we'd found out happy place great atmosphere, stunning food and drink, amazing service and value for money. Just perfect thank you ”

“ I've heard multiple good things, and been following their socials for years. A little bit of a drive out of swansea but worth a visit. A nicely broad menu with good choices for all tastes and preferences, also well priced. I do feel a couple of the dishes could have been slightly better, namely the Bravas, and the croquettes, which were very mushy and fell apart quickly. That being said, we had like 16 dishes on the table and it was overall pretty good. Nice service, friendly knowledgeable staff. Good drinks, good prices, nice restaurant space.. good vibes. 8/10. Worth a visit. ”

“ My 1st time here and its really lovely. The actual venue itself is small and narrow but it's amazing how many can be seated for the most delicious food. I had special of vegetable pakora, meatballs, chorizo sausage and potato wedges...very tasty indeed. All served in different sauces. Really lovely staff waiting on our group, very helpful and informative. It's got seating upstairs and down and toilets and bar are downstairs. Free parking opposite in a public car park. Lovely options of food on a large menu and you can have sharing platters. Prices reasonable and food was very filling. ”

“ Came here with our men’s group “Grub Talks” Nomad were extremely accommodating to us as a group which is commendable as they had a full restaurant to look after too! You can imagine how well the kitchen worked! The food as well!! we didn’t leave hungry! This was a concern for us going into it as we had a large booking of people who generally eat well! But we were fed, and fed and fed some more! And the quality of the dishes didn’t dip. The food came out at the same time and there were smiles all around! Absolutely loved this place! ”

“ Was here for a late lunch, and this was a flawless meal. The croquetas especially were divine. Other dishes, like the bocquerones (enlivened with lemon zest) were delicious simplicity itself. Lervig House Party and Paulaner are on tap; the crockery is very pretty. Please do support this local business if you can—they are doing everything right! ”

“ That little gem was on my Must Visit list for very long time! And tell you what - didn't disappoint! Starting from stylish, trendy, ambience deco, than warm welcome by friendly staff to delicious tapas style menu! We tried a Welsh Rarebit in completely new look where main thing was focaccia and as a topping hot peppers chutney. Was looking and smelling terrifically. We add also grilled padron peppers and that was a game changer! There is a good selection of drinks including high quality coffee and alcoholic beverages like countrymade cider! Truly fantastic experience and we cannot wait for next visit but because of the distance it might take a bit of time. Would be great to have a City Center filled with such a amazing eateries! ”
